How do you differ from UGC agencies?
UGC is made by creators posting as themselves — some agencies send it to brands to use, but it’s still “creator-first” content. At SOHSH, our creators make content for your brand, on location, on-brand, and ready to post — fast, authentic, and professional.

Who are your content creators?
Our creators are trusted iPhone experts across the UK. They know how to film, light, and edit Reels, TikToks, and social content that looks professional, performs well, and feels authentic — all for your brand, not their own channels.

Can I choose my creator?
We select the best creator for your brand and location, but if you have a preference, we’ll always take it into account to make sure the fit is right.

Why do you only use iPhones?
Yes, all our creators use the latest iPhones, giving you speed, consistency, and high-quality footage. When needed, they pair them with professional equipment like lighting, gimbals, and mics to make sure every shot looks its best — fast, social-first, and on-brand.

iPhone vs professional videography/photography — what’s the difference?
Professional videography and photography are excellent for long-form campaigns or cinematic projects. SOHSH iPhone content creation delivers the same high-quality, on-brand results, but faster, more budget-friendly, and optimised for social media. We often collaborate with photography and videography teams too — giving you the best of both worlds, so every angle and format is covered.

What types of content do you create?
We create Reels, TikToks, and highlight videos, all fully edited and ready to post. We also deliver content banks — raw videos, a selection of stills, and photos from your shoot that you can use or edit later. Everything is social-first and on-brand.

How quickly do you deliver content?
Our standard delivery is within 72 hours after your shoot. Need it faster? We can deliver in 24–48 hours for a rush fee — so you can get your content online while the moment is still fresh.

Who owns the content after the shoot?
We retain ownership of the original content, but you get a full license to use all delivered videos and photos across social, web, and ads — ready to post and share.

Can I use the videos for ads or paid campaigns?
Yes! All delivered content comes with a license for use across social, web, and paid campaigns, so you can run ads, boosts, or promotions without any extra permissions.

Can we request edits or changes?
Yes! We offer one round of changes after delivery to make sure your content fits your brand perfectly. Additional edits outside the original brief may incur a fee.

Do you handle permissions and releases?
It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure all participants, locations, and props have the necessary permissions or releases. Our creators follow instructions and film professionally, but the client must secure consent for anyone appearing in the content.
